Ode to Fragrance Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ode to Fragrance, we pour heart and soul into every workshop we host. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible.

Workshop Cancellations

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled workshop. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email us at hello@odetofragrance.com with your booking details.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are not eligible for a refund, but we’re happy to reschedule your session or offer store credit toward a future booking.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Private Events & Group Bookings

For private parties or group experiences (4 or more guests), we require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within this window may be subject to a partial refund or credit depending on the circumstances.

We do our best to create a smooth, enjoyable experience. If you encounter any issues with your booking, confirmation, or experience, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Gift Cards & Special Offers

Gift cards and promotional purchases are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
