• Each spot booked is valid for only one person
• Cancellation Policy – Full refund up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled workshop, you can reschedule your workshop via the confirmation email, or contact the store for a credit. 

1) Age limitations

Unless otherwise indicated, workshops are designed for adults ages 15 and older.  Because our perfume workshops are intended for adults, we aim to create an adult friendly atmosphere. 

2) Punctuality

We get it, things happen and you run late from time to time. Although we won’t give you a tardy slip for being late to class, please be aware that workshops start promptly at the designated time.

If you are going to be late*, please call the shop ahead of time and let us know, otherwise we may begin the workshop without you and we don’t want to do that! 

 *If you or any members of your group are going to be over 15 minutes late, we ask that you reschedule for a later date to allow us a chance to book your open seats. You can easily reschedule your workshop via your confirmation email prior to the class start time. 

Workshops typically run for 1.5 hours.

 3) Cancellation Policy

 For cancellations made at least 72 hours (three days) in advance, simply use the prompts within your workshop confirmation email to either reschedule your workshop or go through with a refund. 

 For cancellations made less than 72 hours (three days) in advance: You can either reschedule your workshop from within your confirmation email, or contact us for a Gift card/class credit issued in the amount of class fee.

4) Changing Workshop Dates

In the event that something comes up and you need to change your workshop registration, you can easily reschedule your workshop via your confirmation email prior to the workshop start time. 

5) Getting to Your Workshop

Austin: Workshops are located at 2512 W Pecan St, Suite #180, Pflugerville, TX 78660.

We are just over the Austin City Line into Pflugerville, in front of the Blue Pflugerville Water Tower. We are on the backside of Building 1, near the end of the row.

There is free parking right outside the front door to the studio! Should you need more parking, there is additional parking beside the buildings and on the front side of Building 1. There is also a big parking lot in the shopping center next door.
